Sorry for the late reply. We'll look into this, seems the base failure rate of pick pocket should be at around 5% but that it's relatively higher on private servers. Will test this.

Seems the failure % is way higher than it should be. Got a report from a rogue, pickpocketed 100 mobs in the 57-60 level range. Result was 49 fails and 51 successes.
