NPC: Forlorn Spirit #435

Name: Devia

What happens: On the parts of the quest chain where you need to retrieve various letters from containers, a Forlorn Spirit spawns but does nothing. The containers are in Moonbrook School House (Westfall), Lion's Pride Inn (Goldshire), Canal District (Stormwind) and the house in Eastvale Logging Camp (Elwynn Forest).

What should happen: The Forlorn Spirits should attack you, giving you the Curse of Stalvan debuff. I believe they also had Polymorph & could sheep you.

faction 77 seems to be neutral needs to be hostile

Creature 2044 does indeed have the spells apointed in the DB
