Not really concerned about "credit" for any of these.
What happens: You drop a target dummy, and it travels around with you, attacking mobs like a hunter's pet set on aggressive, doing some small damage and causing minimal threat. Dummy lasts until destroyed, which can be a very, VERY long time indeed.
What should happen: Dummy should root at location where it's dropped, causing major threat and no damage. When stated duration is expended (per tooltip), dummy should self-destruct, leaving a "corpse" that can be looted by the dummy's creator.
