I've had some bones with this in the past, but I got straightened out. However, an issue still remains. When I use the buff "Omen of Clarity", it occasionally procs clearcasting, as it should. This is where the trouble is.
What should happen: Reduce the cost of the next damage or healing spell, or rage or energy cost of the next ability to zero.
What is happening: Well, I can only speak for the spellcasting part here. I haven't checked the others. But the clearcasting only seems to reduce the mana cost of some spells to zero. Namely, Starfire and Entangling Roots. Moonfire and Wrath still cost their full mana price.
