How to replicate the bug: Go in to the room and witness, and clear pylons
What happens:
a) In some cases, these mobs are too close to the Arcane Aberations that are guarding the pylons. They come along with the pull. Not a big deal. But not fair.
There are about 20x more of these things in the room than these is supposed to be.
What should happen:
a) Just don't have so many of these jam packed in the room, so they pull with other mobs that they are not even supposed to be linked to.
