Priest spell bug -- power word: fortitude #489

What's happening: after buffing someone with my power word:fort spell, I apparently enter into a bugged state. Can't cast any other spells, instead I receive a "Another action is in progress" error message. Only way to get past it seems to be a relog, which (obviously) isn't always a good option.

What should happen is pretty obvious, too. I should be able to cast whatever spell i want, freely, since power word: fort is an instant cast spell.

I should add that when I experience this bug, I'm casting the spell directly from my spellbook (not a hotbar), because I'm casting a lower level of it on someone else. It's happened to me 3 times now. If it matters, my priest is a night elf, and spec'd for discipline.
