How to replicate the bug: Equip the trinket, die, run back, and kill some Undead
What happens:
a) It does not allow you to obtain scourgestones (minion, invader, corruptor) any longer
Note: I have only tested this in dungeons, not in world.
Any time you have a trinket that allows you to obtain scourgestones, and you die, and run back to the instance, you and your party have to un-equip, and then re-equip the trinket again, otherwise you will not be able to obtain any more stones. This is a bug.
What should happen:
a) It should re-enable itself (the trinket that is), when you re-enter the instance again.
This is mostly an issue in dungeons like Strat or Scholo, where you might want to equip your trinket to be able to often obtain stones during a run.
