Quest - Uncovering the Past

Tried this on two different toons, Shazbot and Barbiegirl, same result: Location: Whelgar's Excavation, Wetlands Collect 4 fragments 3 of the fragments can be found, the ones that are urn, vase or chest. But the Neru fragment that is supposed to be under a pile of dirt never appears. I have been all over the area multiple times on both toons and it is nowhere.

But did you look behind the only tree in that area?

Tobs is correct, as you enter the area on the left is a tree before the ramp you go up to actually collect the quest, the dirt pile is behind that.
