How to replicate the bug: Use Seal of Righteousness Rank 1
What happens: Nothing. The seal is applied with no extra holy damage and unleashing the seal using judgment simply clears the seal with no damage.
What should happen: When the seal is active a small amount holy damage should be done when attacking and a larger amount of holy damage should be done when Judgment is used.
Extra Information: The problem is only with Seal of Righteousness Rank 1 (so far) Rank 2 works as advertised. This is more a minor nuisance for level players because Seal of Righteousness Rank 2 can be purchased at level 10.
