How to replicate the bug:
Speak to Mikhail to begin the quest event, run out to find Tapoke Jahn and try attacking him
What happens:
Nothing, you can't attack because he stays Freindly
What should happen:
He should become atleast unfriendly so can get agro and fight. Since you can't fight you can't defeat him and complete the quest. Also the quest should fail since Tapoke Jahn is able to get away but it doesn't
Notes:
I was able to complete this quest on 4 other characters with no issue, I have recently tried this quest on my Warrior (Ajax) and Pally (Arasta) with out success.
