pulseaudio package added to Dockerfile
adds --sound option to docker-wine script
--sound=dummy uses pulseaudio server in container with no changes, which allows it to spawn as required and output goes to the void
also added unix for unix sockets and default for default option for OS (unix for Linux, dummy for macOS)

Relates to issue #82
