Merge branch 'xen2/electric_board_channels' into xen2_enh #160

This is a PR that merged xen2/electric_board_channels into master. This completes #117. Concomitant enhancements to the "light" and "fan" entities are also included.

This requires next version of pychonet 2.5.2 or higher.
