Does Echonet support 0.5 steps? #173

Have new Aircon that supports 0.5C For heating to get the right temperature is 17.5C Does Echonet support it? Seems at least the plugin does not. I only see steps of 1C in the plugin

Unfortunately the spec does not support 0.5 increments.
