Create script to autoconvert Ophis code to new assembler #251

Requires #250 to be finished.

Rewriting Tali in the new assembler by hand would be an enormous PITA. Whe should be able to convert at least partially with some sort of a script.

At this point, I don't think this is worth a separate tool, as @SamCoVT has shown.
