Give a sensible list of people access to write to the repo #1

At least one coordinator (and possibly more) need to have write access to the repo, so that they can merge changes.

We lose our physical space in LA at 6:00, so we need a SV contact to take this over for the late night shift.

I think that, thus far, Jeremy at sunlightlabs and myself at LA have been foolish enough to volunteer to wrangle merges and pulls. I'm happy to continue coordinating on this coast, in this time zone.

If anybody is having trouble getting their code to me, please let me know so that we can work on something that works for you.

there was talk about merging back to sunlightlabs tonight, but we have lots of open issues which would be lost, so we will merge tomorrow (Sunday)

To clarify the above: we've got all our Issues posted to this project on github, so we might as well hang out here while we resolve them, before pushing code back to the DC mothership. DC: you guys are welcome to pull code from this project, and sling pull requests back our way, to keep everybody on the same page.
