The LICENSE file is empty as far as I see? Is there a license listed for the code somewhere?

Ah yes, thank you. I will ask the DC team if they had any thoughts on this, otherwise we should discuss.

Since we're working off of Django, it might make the most sense just to stick with a BSD License, to match. What does everybody else think?
