Ability to generate one digest email per app #46

There are scenarios where multiple apps within an org have dramatically different behavior. Aggregating their performance together in the email subject line (ie " your apps were 10% slower") doesn't make sense and/or can identify false issues.

Ways to separate this:

  1. Ability to generate a digest email per-app
  2. Option to not provide an aggregated subject line. It'd just be "Your Daily Performance Report".
