We're preparing a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that will be ready in time for the GDPR deadline on May 25, 2018.

This is now available.

Under the GDPR, Scout is defined as a Data Processor. You can view and sign our Data Processing Agreement on behalf of your organization.
