Looking at my Scout graphs, all times are displayed in my local time zone. We’re a globally distributed team and we have an internal agreement to use a common TZ for everything. As part of that, we configure our monitoring tools to display times in the TZ where our HQ office is. This allows us to share screenshots and issue analysis in the company without having doubts about what “4pm” exactly means for each of us. Each of us is responsible for privately translating that into whatever TZ we happen to be at any point in time.
Scout allows each user to set a TZ and that's fine... but it'd be useful for companies like ours to have a company-wide setting applied to all users.
As a 2nd step, it'd be fantastic if we had some kind of switch in the UI to dynamically change between the company setting and the user's setting or whatever TZ the browser is reporting as the local TZ at that time (great for travelers).
