Add 99th percentile query latencies and web endpoint response times #71

I would like to add reasoning why I have upvoted this specefic Request. I'm searching for some way to order by outliers, I've seen a lot of applications where people don't look out for N+1 queries which are easy detectable, but also they don't take into account a lot of times the requirement of paging. or that some specefic dataset can grow more then expected..

In most cases you see a specefic spikes for one or several users which can be shown by the 99th percentile I think. and helps us track down application performance issues.

AS creating issues still is easier then finding them certainly with big teams and high workload.
