QTFred FR: Searchable/filterable selection lists #2860

I faintly recall someone saying ideas for ways to make QTFred better down the road were good, so here's one.

Being able to type a partial string into any selection box and filtering the dropdown list for that box by said string would be immensely helpful at times.
