FR: Debug flag idea, display collision spheres #3377

Drawing a wireframe sphere, either for all all ships or just ones recently involved in collisions as the smaller party, might be a useful checking tool for mod makers who want to sanity check their missions without examining the eyepoint of every pof file and scrutinizing every mission.

This could also make sense as a FRED feature, though that wouldn't account for motion

I'd be into it solely for my inability to estimate the space between fighters in a wing <_<

I seem to remember an option in fred where it would draw a sphere instead of the wireframe. Could it be used or expanded upon?
