About button with the version of wxLauncher #126

We really, really need a way to tell what version of wxLauncher people are using when they try to use SDL2 builds of FSO and things go wonky.

I remember having a discussion with IssMneur regarding an "About" window of sorts back when the launcher was in its early development stages.

My suggestion was that we add a menu entry to the launcher system menu, but it was not possible because this feature was not supported cross-platform by wxWidgets at the time. Also, it was not obvious that the system menu contained the about option, as the applications usually have their own menus.

However, several things have changed since then with the launcher, so why not use the tabs feature and simply add a new tab with the desired information there?
