Implement the help manual. #24

Need a manual for the button to pop up. There is no code support for a manual at this time.

I can write a manual skeleton in order to have a basis to work with, once the code for the manual (the manual window) is in place

with revision 5ac3fa99f4f3cfb9008bb443a53325e9c709dbaf the manual is popped up by the context help (question mark on the title bar). Currently only the graphics api has help that will popup.

FAQ section has some questions and answers in it, looking for other suggestions.
