add an Always impostor feature

This is only possible if you are the host. Use RoleManager.SetRole to make your role an impostor.

Thanks for the idea! AlwaysImpostor is a pretty popular hack, but like @Lukim99 said it only works when you're hosting the game, so it's not something I'm rushing to add right now.
