Fix heli Sabotage #45

It never actually works Also check whether mushroom mixup is active before sabotage

@NikoCat233 Thanks for fixing the Heli sabotage, I had no idea it was having issues! However, the fact that MushroomMixup sabotage can be re-activated while it is already running is intended, because it allows users to reset the timer and start all over again. I will revert the MushroomMixup changes, and then I think I'll be able to merge your pull request with no issues!
