+ added exile category:
exileplayer: sends a player outside the map
exileall: sends everyone outside the map
estoreplayer: puts a player back in the map near spawn
restoreall: puts everyone back in the map near spawn

+ added SwapOutfit
allows you to pick two players to swap outfits

- fix bugs & comments in murderplayer
you messed it up

ready for review + merge

Closing because SendOptions.None has been patched, and most of these don't work.
