How to install mods on MalumMenu like in this video? malum

That video is from an old version of MalumMenu.

Host-Only

This was patched, so it can no longer be found in the menu.

Reactor 2.2...

This was old configuration info Malum injected, it's also now been removed.

This is not a plugin/mod/addition to Malum.

@xnultr in the screenshot you sent, the player has another plugin installed called "Reactor" that is the reason for that "Mods: 3" text you see on the screen. This Reactor plugin has nothing to do with MalumMenu and it is not the reason for the "Host-Only" option. Like @VillainsRule said, the "Host-Only" option is just an old feature of MalumMenu that no longer exists in the most recent versions.
