Add argument to ignore definition #79

Hello

Thanks for developing such a great tool!

I've been using this scanner to monitor WordPress websites but since adding 636864697 to the definition list almost every file in WordPress is being flagged. Is there a way of ignoring this rule or can I suggest removing it.

Thanks for the report i will re check this modification and you give some false positive files?

This is fixed by @elliotkendall sent a PR now released a new version should fix the issue.
