Update stuff to match current (2024/09) hackmd api

• Uses the bearer auth function built into reqwest
• Added some of the fields as enum
• Note Create API is added
• Team note supports are added
• Example codes are added
• tested against my personal notes and teams

I currently working on more testing, maybe_async & ureq support in another PR.
