Make modules contain their own static files and templates #173

This makes the modules totally self contained. Planning on making an external module which contains the tweaks for our particular instance of realms, and this makes it much nicer.

TODO?: Move the markdown rendering stuff from the global asset bundle down to a wiki one?

@scragg0x Feel okay with this? It's mostly to make external modules easier, but I figured the included ones could be re-arranged for better organization and as an example anyway.
