Support getting indexs of subdirs #91

This is just a start, I also want to support showing directories folded up with links to the index of them. I'm not sure if this should be an option, or if we should just always do it. If it's an option, should it be for the whole realms instance, or a parameter to the url, or both?

To clarify, a tree/directory like structure sounds best. I'm not going to worry about an option right now. A view for recently modified pages might be added later.
