Allow a flat view of index with the 'flat' query parameter #94

There aren't any interface elements to open flat mode, but I thought since it's so simple to maintain support it might be useful still.

So, turns out this is useful for getting a list of recently updated pages, which we lost the ability to view with the tree update. It's a bit annoying when directories are showing, because you have to click into each directory to see what file was updated.

@scragg0x Is adding the flat view as a separate 'recently updated` view more to your liking? That's the main use case I'm thinking of. Although now that I think some more about it, you might want to also sort all your files by size to see the biggest or smallest ones.

Or if we keep it more like this pr we can add a toggle to the view between flat and nested.

I will have to take a look at it and give my opinion. I haven't played with it yet.
