Changing the validation of CFP green/red to a automatically fixed one #918

One doubt that I have about this is the fact that maybe the person that is adding the event is editing the README file and can end up removing this changes without noticing it. Not a big deal, but maybe we want to decouple it from the automatic process.

Anyway, I think the good part is that is going to happen always locally, so the server github repo shouldn't be affected by this.

thanks run.sh is not executed automatically, only locally
