Hey,

I'm working on this on a separate branch - the current ts definitions are generated from the source code, I will be changing this shortly, but if you want this to work, instead of fixing this here, please see if you see the same problem in jsdoc in scramjet-core/lib/buffer-stream.js

Done in scramjet-core. Will be published with 4.28.1.
