Publish code to github #110

This would either a) OAuth you to your github account, or b) have a special github account for GPL'd scrapers that stores them all.

You press a button, and it starts pushing the code to github.

I think either one is fine. The first one will be easy to understand because the similarity to "open-your-data" tool.

Or possibly show the git URL in the interface so people can just check out over SSH

zzolo on IRC said he'd like to have that - edit locally and push to the box.
