It should be for making tools, not scrapers #81

The tool is too much of an exact clone of ScrapeWiki Classic.

It would be more in concert with the new platform, if it let you write arbitrary tools easily (albeit in your browser with various other constraints).

Ian reckons the main thing for this is a second tab to let you edit an http/index.html, and a third tab for editing documentation (what it looks like in the toolshop?). Plus probably better documentation and examples. An interesting idea.

The goal here would be to make it easy for scripters (not end users or developers), i.e. data scientists, to be able to easily make basic tools. And that they might be the people who have the domain knowledge that their tools are more useful, etc.

I like the idea of it having an editor for the index.html file, but aren't we getting perilously close to writing an IDE?
