Polygon #14

This isn't necessarily finished, but it is in a state where @IanHopkinson should be able to look at it. If you think it's okay to merge, then please do so. Similarly, feel free to continue working on the branch in my absence.

I note that initial testing was with this file: http://eric.clst.org/wupl/Stuff/gz_2010_us_040_00_20m.json It seems to work in Tableau, it turns out that some US states are a funnier shape than I realised!

I also tried out this data: http://ckan.it.ox.ac.uk/storage/f/2013-10-12T13%3A15%3A16.832Z/ne-countries-110m.json Linked from here: http://ckan.it.ox.ac.uk/dataset/geojson-by-country-code

This seems not to work for some countries because they are described by multipolygon.

Not handling multipolygon explains why some states are missing in first example
