Needs to sanitise filenames #39

Now we're using "grid" names that probably come from crazy places like Excel worksheet names or PDF titles, we can't assume the resulting filenames will be safe.

Fixed in https://github.com/scraperwiki/spreadsheet-download-tool/pull/40 – not yet merged.
