Once files are generated it would be nice if they showed the size in MB to tip off the user before they start a potentially long download.

+1 I started downloading a file, only discovering on completion that it was 2GB!

Ouch. I guess that's also a +1 for potentially zipping CSV files :S (as per issue #35, adds drj)
