Confusing that doesn't refresh spreadsheet on free #72

This user download a spreadsheet and it didn't have the latest data. David explained to them to press refresh button.

We should make this an explicit part of the definition of the free plan if it is permanent.

FWIW, I've always told such users (a handful at most), that it automatically updates on any paid-for subscription.
