Would be nice to offer "all_tables.zip" containing CSVs #8

Suggestion from @paulfurley. We currently put all tables into a spreadsheet called "all_tables.xlsx", and then put each table into a separate CSV.

It would be nice to wrap the CSVs up into a single "all_tables.zip" file, for simpler downloading, and, often, space-saving.
