Allow user to override the "inconsistent header" error – I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING DAMMIT #11

I just downloaded the output of a Twitter Search tool as an Excel file, and then attempted to upload it using the Spreadsheet Upload tool.

Despite the Twitter data being a perfectly valid dataset, the Spreadsheet tool complains that something about the "url" column is inconsistent.

This is a load of rubbish, and as a moderately data-savvy user, I expect a "Save dataset anyway" button next to the "Try again" button.
