The file is called members_Table_Xtract_Nov_4_2013.csv and contains some membership data.

Mysteriously "file" thinks it is a C source file, there are no obvious traits that indicate this.

Oh, this is the upload spreadsheet tool - which doesn't use messytables yet.

@zarino, should we even have this tool nowadays?

I am anticipating the spreadsheet upload tool will disappear entirely once table xtract is properly released.
