Make it so if status not green goes to dataset page #34

Rather than view in a table.

Requires custard change.

If you are being rate limited and "twitter is asking us to slow down", why is it useful to go to the dataset page? It's not like they can do much about it.

At the moment, if you click on any dataset with data in it it goes to the "View in a table tool".

Instead, @zarino and I reckon it should if there is an error go to the dataset's settings page. Then you can see more about the error.

In the case of Twitter rate limiting, it gives you a link to the FAQ to tell you what to do about it. You also get access to the diagnostics to see what the limit reached is.
