Upgrade to devpi==2.0.1 & devpi-server==2.0.2 #1

Use the latest & greatest devpi-server.

FWIW - The 1.x devpi-client is not API compatible with devpi-server>=2.0.0, so people would have to update their devpi-client packages to continue using them.
