Adds config creator assistant #265

I was thinking on how help field in supported could be used, and I realized that having such an assistant would be really useful for users.

We are not leaving clean env after tests. I realized it is a master problem, I'll fix that in other PR

So, I tried running this and found it quite cumbersome to use as it is (it asks too many questions in a random order).

I discussed a bit with @bbotella, the core idea (making an interactive tool for an export) is good, but this implementation needs improvements and feedback from real users. I also think this can be a project of its own, instead of a script in exporters library (I still think of it more of a library than a framework).
