Issue on creating project #910

Hi all, I run portia from docker image on CentOS 7 server (CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003 & Docker version 1.13.1) and it runs ok. I can correctly access the Portia's homepage from my browser but I get an error (PermissionError at /api/projects) when I try to create a new project. I attach the screenshot of the error and the relative log. Can Anyone can help me please? Thanks a lot.
