'what would you like to scrape' cannot enter url #916

I got a 'prohibited' sign when i hover my mouse over the url input field in the lower part of the image. OS: ubuntu 18.04 used docker run command to launch the webpage.

me too. I run in on docker and the input field is prohibited. Whats the problem?
