Is development stopped or slowed down? #1096

Hello!

I seeing that we have a increase of issues but in counterpart the response from scrapinghub is very slow or is none. Many project rely on Splash i think is important know the status of project so people who depend on it and are experiencing problems can make a decision whether to continue using or migrate to another technology.

I love the project and use a lot, i just want to know what is the current status.
